A Malaysia-based
server hardware supplier.

Zenith Systems supplies refurbished enterprise servers, custom builds and server parts for Malaysian businesses. We bring over a decade of data centre and server hardware experience, with a practical focus on getting the right hardware for the job.

What we do

Refurbished servers, parts and practical builds.

We work mainly with Dell, HPE, Supermicro, Lenovo, Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, ECC memory, enterprise SSDs, NICs, RAID controllers and related server parts.

The process is simple: understand the requirement, configure the hardware properly, test it before delivery, and make the warranty scope clear before you buy.

Most customers come to us because they already know they want refurbished hardware, or because they need a practical server quote without paying new-server pricing.

How we work

Four working principles.

01

Quote what is needed

We start with the requirement, then build around CPU, RAM, storage, network, availability and budget.

02

Tier-1 hardware only

Dell, HPE, Supermicro and Lenovo are the main platforms we work with. The savings come from the hardware lifecycle, not from cutting corners.

03

Test the hardware

Every refurbished build goes through burn-in and basic stress checks before delivery. Test scope depends on the final build.

04

Local and reachable

We are based in KL. You deal with a person who knows what was quoted, supplied and configured.

Start a server quote

Need a server? We’ll help spec it.

Tell us what you're trying to run or replace. We'll review your needs, budget, quantity, and timeline, then come back with a practical recommendation. Our target is to provide a quote that balances performance and cost-efficiency. Have an existing quote you want to compare? Send it to us and we'll do our best to beat it in value.

What happens next
  1. 1 Tell us your requirements Share your workload details, rough minimum/required specs, or give us the exact specs you're looking for. We're happy to make professional recommendations or just follow your requirements.
  2. 2 We spec the build CPU, RAM, storage, NICs, chassis, warranty scope, and availability.
  3. 3 You get a clear quote Practical options, lead time, and what is covered before anything starts.
  4. 4 We build, test, and coordinate delivery Firmware updates where available, burn-in checks, and delivery coordinated with you.
