The honest answers.

Will it last?

Enterprise servers are designed for 7–10 years. Buying at year 3–4 still leaves you 4–6 years of operational life, even with conservative assumptions. Our oldest customer build is 5 years deployed and still running daily.

What if something fails?

12-month warranty as standard. Replacement units dispatched within 48 hours from our KL stock. Most failures we see are drives and PSUs — both are stocked locally.

Can I get OEM support?

OEM warranty doesn't transfer, but we can quote third-party next-business-day support contracts (covering Dell, HPE, Supermicro) where uptime SLAs require it.

What about firmware and security updates?

We ship with current stable firmware. OEM firmware portals remain accessible for most platforms — and we can advise on long-term lifecycle.

Why not just buy new?

If your budget is unconstrained and you need bleeding-edge generation hardware, buy new. For mainstream enterprise workloads (everything we listed above), refurb gets you the same result for 30–60% less. Your money is better spent on more VMs, more storage, or your team.
