Eligible systems and components are generally covered for 12 months from delivery or collection, unless written terms say otherwise.
Hardware only
The general warranty covers eligible hardware component failure under normal use, not software or operational support.
Case by case
Drives, SSDs, NVMe drives and GPUs are covered only when specifically stated in the quote, invoice or written agreement.
Written terms prevail
If your quote, invoice, purchase order or agreement states different warranty terms, those written terms take priority.
Warranty coverage
This warranty is intended to cover hardware component failure under normal use. It does not include software support, deployment support, configuration assistance, managed services, or operational troubleshooting unless separately agreed in writing.
Our limited hardware warranty may cover failure of eligible components supplied by Zenith Systems, including but not limited to:
- Motherboards
- CPUs
- RAM
- Power supplies
- Backplanes
- Network cards
- RAID/HBA cards
- Other covered server components supplied as part of the system
Coverage applies only where the component fails under normal operating conditions and has not been misused, physically damaged, modified, or operated outside a suitable environment.
Drives, SSDs, NVMe and GPUs
Hard drives, SSDs, NVMe drives, and GPUs are covered only if specifically stated in the quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Warranty coverage for these items may vary depending on product condition, workload, stock availability, and commercial terms agreed during the sales process.
Dead on arrival
Any hardware that is dead on arrival must be reported to Zenith Systems within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.
Customers may be required to provide basic fault details, photos, serial numbers, test results, or other information to help us verify the issue.
Warranty remedy
If a covered hardware fault is confirmed, Zenith Systems may, at our discretion:
- Repair the affected item
- Replace the affected item with an equivalent or suitable refurbished part
- Provide credit for the affected item
- Provide a refund for the affected item
The appropriate remedy will be determined by Zenith Systems based on the nature of the fault, product availability, stock condition, and the terms of the original sale.
Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Software, operating system, hypervisor, driver, firmware, or configuration issues
- Data loss, business interruption, loss of revenue, or consequential losses
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or accidental damage
- Improper installation, handling, storage, or transportation
- Power issues, power surges, unstable electricity, or unsuitable power environment
- Overheating, poor airflow, dust, humidity, or unsuitable operating environment
- Modification, tampering, unauthorized repair, or removal of identifying labels
- Compatibility with third-party hardware, software, or systems unless specifically agreed
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, or other normal signs of use on refurbished equipment
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, overclocking, mining, or abnormal workloads
Support and best-effort assistance
Zenith Systems sells refurbished hardware only.
Software, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support are not included unless separately agreed in writing. Any assistance provided outside the limited hardware warranty is provided on a best-effort basis and does not form part of the warranty.
Shipping and international RMA
Warranty shipping and return arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
For international warranty claims, shipping, import duties, export costs, taxes, customs charges, and related fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Original buyer only
This limited warranty applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable unless Zenith Systems agrees otherwise in writing.
Quotation and invoice terms prevail
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, configuration, component condition, stock availability, and commercial agreement.
Where a quotation, invoice, purchase order, or written agreement states different warranty terms, those written terms will prevail over the general warranty information on this website.
